Before a driver's first trip
Every driver is checked by a person, not just a form
Drivers sign up in the SteerSafe Driver app and upload their documents. Our team reviews each one before the account is approved, and documents with an expiry date must stay valid to keep driving.

During every trip

A PIN at your car
Your app shows a verification PIN. The trip only starts once you share it with the driver standing at your car, so you always know it is the right person.

Message our support team from the trip screen, before, during or after your journey.
Ratings after every trip
You rate every driver. Our team reviews low ratings and follows up with the driver.

Anything reported is logged and reviewed by our team, and drivers can be suspended while we investigate.

Route, timings and fare are kept for each trip, so any question can be answered with facts.
