Set your trip
Choose your pickup point and destination on the map, or pick a saved favourite. Go now, or schedule a driver at least 15 minutes ahead.
Check your price
See your fare estimate and choose how to pay. Nothing is booked until you confirm.
We find your driver
Your request goes to the best available verified driver nearby. You see who is coming and follow them live.
Share your PIN
Your driver meets you at your car. Share the PIN from your app, and your trip begins.
Arrive together
Your driver drives you and your car to your destination. Review your fare and rate your driver.

Behind the scenes

Your driver doesn't arrive in a car of their own. They don't need one, because they drive yours. Here is how they reach you.

When the nearest driver is a short walk from your pickup point, they simply walk over to you.

A SteerSafe transport driver brings your driver to your pickup point. You never wait for, or ride with, the transport driver.

When you arrive, your driver hands back your keys and our team takes it from there. Their next ride is our job, not yours.

Getting your driver to you is already part of the estimate you see before you confirm. There are no surprises added later.

Two roles, both with flexible hours: drive customers in their own cars, or use your car to move our drivers between jobs.
