No driver, no charge
If we can’t find you a driver, you don’t pay anything.

Scheduled rides (at least 15 minutes ahead) are quoted when you book, and the estimate is updated once a driver is assigned.
Cancellations
Change of plans? Cancel for free early on.
Your driver's time matters too, so later cancellations may carry a fee. The app always tells you the exact amount before you confirm a cancellation.
